Company History
The original family-run construction company was formed in the 1950’s and specialised in domestic,
commercial, social, period and new housing projects in South London, Surrey and Sussex.
Nigel Gaymer has been a director of the company for over 35 years and in 2012, owing to a family
bereavement, he scaled down the company to provide a more personal and intimate building
experience for his existing and future clients, which continues to this day.
This enables us to provide a wealth of experience in project management and all aspects of building.
We have over the years developed a very committed and experienced workforce to enable us to
deliver a high quality service and we have gained a good reputation, of which we are very proud.
 

Nigel Gaymer
Nigel Gaymer has been involved in construction all his working life and joined the family business in
the seventies. He trained as a Building Surveyor and has a wealth of experience both on site and in
project management and has completed over one thousand projects, ranging in size and complexity,
during this time period.

Our main aim is to deliver a personalised, seamless experience throughout all projects, delivered on
time and generally on budget. Nigel would be happy to supply references from former clients and
architects.
